Apologies for our long silence, it took a while to get back in the swing of things after the crazy fun that was SXSW! Those of you following @FatKidMovie on twitter know it was a crazy time, we gave out bags and pins to fellow Fat Kid Rules The World fans!
SXSW deserves a writeup of its own so that will be online soon, the movie is fantastic and Matthew is an outstanding director with an amazing cast and crew. Well done to everyone involved for such a brilliant movie and for letting us hang out!
Matthew is teaching an acting class this weekend in NYC, (he’s tweeting from the air as we type!) we know his students will have a great time, hopefully some of them will send us some feedback so we hear how much fun they have with his workshop and how much they learn.
Great news as Fat Kid Rules The World has been confirmed as the closing film for the Toronto Teens Movie Festival, Next Wave, in May! TIFF may have our favourite quote regarding Matthew as a director so far!
